Residential products: 1 year free warranty from the date of purchase;
Commercial products: 2 years free warranty from the date of purchase;
Customized products: As agreed in the contract (minimum 1 year warranty).
Warranty Coverage:
Non-human damage to the body (such as atomization component failure, control module failure), free repair or replacement of parts;
For man-made damage (such as dropping, water ingress) or force majeure, paid repair services are provided.
Repair Process:
1. Contact after-sales: Call 400-XXX-XXXX or submit a repair application through the APP;
2. Fault diagnosis: After-sales specialists assist in troubleshooting remotely to determine if return is needed;
3. Return for repair: Products requiring repair are sent to the designated after-sales center (shipping fee covered by us);
4. Repair and return: Repairs completed within 3-5 working days after receiving the product, then returned to the customer (shipping fee covered by us).
